In Tucson, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Arizona, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Demand peaks before winter and before summer road trips. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop sells used tires or handles truck and trailer tires, and its Google rating before you drive over on a spare.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 9 am–6 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (520) 274-7900. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Customers rate it 4.3 out of 5 on Google across 95 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded tire shops in Tucson.

Bad deal. Lift kit installation broke abs connection, zip tied together. Alignment was way off. Not good "mechanics".

Absolutely one of the worst companies I’ve ever tired to do business with. I had purchased a pair of head lights that was promised to arrive in about 4-6 weeks… skip to about 4-5 months later and STILL I would NOT receive my headlights… Frustrated after constantly having to call myself to get updates… I call to cancel the order and ask for a refund on my credit card which they agreed to… they stated to me that they would give synchrony everything they needed to cancel since I had to file a dispute. 2 months later I’m get an email stating the my dispute was denied and that I had to pay the full amount of $2000 because I had “received my order” according to synchrony when all they did was charge my card… When I call synchrony they said their dispute team reached out to xclusive and that they had stated since then that I received my order… Now I have no headlights & a $2300 credit balance they say I owe. It’s sad because I really had high hopes when I went in for the purchase and even higher hopes when they told me not to worry about the cancellation. Obviously, I was wrong. Now I’m fighting between my bank and all they said was I can file another dispute in hopes that this time the

I was given the run around by another shop off Ajo I'm not into name bashing, but XCLUSIVE CAME THROUGH when I went to them. I'm extremely grateful for the help and honesty I was given. Will definitely do business with them again in the future. They stick to their word and are on time with what is told to you. Thanks again. Mark Castorena
